Assignment Contracts Available 📯
🎁 It´s now possible to create and send assignment contracts in Staffcloud 📝

Contract templates can be created in configuration and selected and created directly in the Contracts tab in Staff Planning. They are then automatically filled with the selected placeholders (e.g. name & address of the employee, location, function). The contract is sent directly to the selected employees and can be signed electronically with a link directly from the app.
In the overview, you can see the status of the contracts sent at any time and view/download them:
To process assignment contracts via Staffcloud, you need the Contracts add-on and a YouSign account for the electronic signature. The costs will be as follows
- Add-on cost for Staffcloud: one-off EUR/CHF 540 for setup
- YouSign annual costs: EUR 420
- Cost per contract with YouSign: EUR 1,- (minimum amount of contracts/year: 1.000) or EUR 2,- (less than 1.000 contracts/year)
