👥 ✍ Framework Contracts💆
Manually managing annual contracts is tedious and ties up a lot of resources. 😫
The "Contracts" module, which could previously only be used to manage assignment contracts, is being expanded to include a new type of contract: framework contracts for employees 😻 🆒
📂 Management in the employee profile ⏩
The framework agreements are created in the "Internal" section of the employee profile.
💅 After signing, the contracts are available under "Documents" in a data field with an archive. The validity period is automatically transferred and displayed in the expiring documents. 😲
👫 Management in recruitment
In recruitment, the contract status is displayed directly in the overview table. 👀
Furthermore, all applicants and candidates can be filtered by contract status. ☑️
🔧 Configuration
The contract templates are managed under Configuration >> AddOns >> Contract templates.
⏱ New placeholders have been introduced for the framework contracts to automatically display the contract period in the contract.
